Principal – Natalie Shaw (née Vinson)
BA (Hons) Dance, RAD Teaching Certificate, AISTD, ALAM, RSANatalie began her training with the Royal Academy of Dance under Miss Ruth French, before continuing at the London School of Contemporary Dance with Miss Maria Fay. She further developed her skills at the schools of Dame Merle Park and Mrs Bette Bayliss. At just 16, Natalie was accepted into the prestigious Bush Davies School of Theatre Arts, where she trained full-time. During this time, she achieved advanced teaching qualifications in both dance and drama, alongside A Levels in English, Art (including History of Art), and Sociology. She later went on to gain an Honours degree in Dance and Related Arts from Chichester University, whilst performing at the Chichester Festival Theatre. In 1992, Natalie founded NVSDD, which has since grown into a highly respected and thriving performing arts school. The school now offers a wide range of classes after school and on Saturdays, with branches in Ascot, Farnborough, Weybridge, and Farnham. Today, NVSDD and Envy Performing Arts are proud to deliver high-quality, personalised training, including specialist programmes within leading independent schools across the region.
