Ballet  - from 2 ½ years old. In “Babies Ballet” children are taught basic coordination skills and simple technique whilst learning to interpret and understand different styles of music. At the age of 4 the children are ready for a more structured class and move on to Pre-Primary where they will work towards their first ballet
examination. The children follow the Grade Examinations of the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD).

Tap  - from 4 years old. The children follow the Grade Examinations and Medals of the Imperial Society of Dance (ISTD)

Modern/Jazz – from 5 years old.  The children follow the Grade Examinations and Jazz Awards of the Imperial Society of Dance (ISTD).

Drama and Theatre Skills  – from 4 years. All classes are workshop based and aim to develop self-confidence and enhance drama knowledge and experience through fun exercises and performance. Pupils will learn about vocal techniques, mime/movement, and the theatre as well as having the opportunity to express their own creative ideas through group and individual tasks. Children work towards the schools own awards scheme and on completion of each level receive a certificate and medal. (Additional £3 charge per term.)

Private Lessons – These can be coordinated with the Principal to cover all disciplines.

Adult Classes : Tap, Jazz and “Strictly-Come-Dancing”. Call for times.

Private Speech and Drama Tuition : Pupils follow the LAMDA syllabus and
examinations can be taken in Acting, Verse and Prose, Improvisation, Mime,
Spoken English and Public Speaking from Grade 1 - Gold Medal. The aim of these classes is to increase confidence and communication, improve physical and vocal skills, develop stagecraft skills and promote an interest in theatre. Audition preparation can also be arranged.

Dance GCSE : The AQA Dance GCSE course seeks to enhance the  students knowledge and skills to perform, choreograph and think about dance. It will help them develop life skills such as decision making, creative thinking and the ability to cooperate with others. A Two Year Course for pupils in Year 9 and above. A new course starts in September 2005.

Drama and Musical Theatre 7-11 years (a combination of Drama/Acting, Dance and Singing). Children will have the opportunity to work on a “show” project which will then be performed to an audience. This 50 minute long class will give the children more time to develop their performance skills and they will have the option of working  towards the LAMDA Musical Theatre and Acting examinations. (Wednesdays)

Senior Free Jazz 12 years plus. An hour long class based on jazz and hip hop. This fast paced class will include warm-ups and routines. (Wednesdays)

Hip-Hop and Pop  5-9 years A cool fun hip-hop jazz class. Learn routines from High School Musical, Grease and Pop videos.
